# § 2108. Effect on other laws

29 U.S.C. 15145 U.S.C. 151

The giving of notice pursuant to this chapter, if done in good faith compliance with this chapter, shall not constitute a violation of the National Labor Relations Act [ et seq.] or the Railway Labor Act [ et seq.].
