# § 426d. Payment of expenses

July 31, 1945

Any expenses incident and necessary in the undertaking of the general investigations authorized by sections 426a to 426d of this title may be paid from funds appropriated prior to or after , for examinations, surveys, and contingencies for rivers and harbors.
