# § 607a. Appropriations; separate project

On and after , direct allotments from appropriations for maintenance and improvement of existing river and harbor works or other available appropriation may be made by the Secretary of the Army for the collection and removal of drift in New York Harbor and its tributary waters, and this work on and after , shall be carried as a separate and distinct project.
