# § 702m. Interest of Members of Congress in contracts for acquisition of land

*l*section 6306(a) of title 41

In every contract or agreement to be made or entered into for the acquisition of land either by private sale or condemnation as in sections 702a, 702b to 702d, 702e to 702g, 702h, 702i, 702j, 702k, 702, 702m, and 704 of this title provided the provisions contained in  shall be applicable.
