There is authorized to be appropriated to carry out this subchapter, other than sections 1286(e), 1288 and 1289 of this title, for the fiscal year ending , not to exceed $5,000,000,000, for the fiscal year ending , not to exceed $6,000,000,000, and for the fiscal year ending , not to exceed $7,000,000,000, and subject to such amounts as are provided in appropriation Acts, for the fiscal year ending , $1,000,000,000 for the fiscal year ending , $4,500,000,000 and for the fiscal years ending , , not to exceed $5,000,000,000; for the fiscal year ending , not to exceed $2,548,837,000; and for the fiscal years ending , , , and , not to exceed $2,400,000,000 per fiscal year; and for each of the fiscal years ending , , and , not to exceed $2,400,000,000; and for each of the fiscal years ending , and , not to exceed $1,200,000,000.
