# § 140301. Organization

**(a)** **Federal Charter.—** The Military Chaplains Association of the United States of America (in this chapter, the “corporation”) is a federally chartered corporation.

**(b)** **Perpetual Existence.—** Except as otherwise provided, the corporation has perpetual existence.
