# § 21901. Organization

**(a)** **Federal Charter.—** The American National Theater and Academy (in this chapter, the “corporation”) is a federally chartered corporation.

**(b)** **Perpetual Existence.—** Except as otherwise provided, the corporation has perpetual existence.
