# § 220101. Organization

**(a)** **Federal Charter.—** United Service Organizations, Incorporated (in this chapter, the “corporation”), is a federally chartered corporation.

**(b)** **Perpetual Existence.—** Except as otherwise provided, the corporation has perpetual existence.
