# § 80101. Organization

**(a)** **Federal Charter.—** General Federation of Women’s Clubs (in this chapter, the “corporation”) is a body corporate and politic of the District of Columbia.

**(b)** **Perpetual Existence.—** Except as otherwise provided, the corporation has perpetual existence.
