# § 209c. Repealed. Pub. L. 87–649, § 14b, Sept. 7, 1962, 76 Stat. 499
Section, , , provided that for purposes of pay and pay period officers appointed to grades above that of senior assistant pursuant to shall be considered as having had on date of appointment service equal to that of junior officer of grade to which appointed.
