# § 238h. Biennial report

January 1, 1995

The Surgeon General shall transmit to the Secretary, for submission to the Congress, on , and on January 1, every 2 years thereafter, a full report of the administration of the functions of the Service under this chapter, including a detailed statement of receipts and disbursements.
