# § 238o. Restriction on use of funds for assisted suicide, euthanasia, and mercy killing

42 U.S.C. 14401

Appropriations for carrying out the purposes of this chapter shall not be used in a manner inconsistent with the Assisted Suicide Funding Restriction Act of 1997 [ et seq.].
