# § 1202a. Repealed. Pub. L. 87–543, title I, § 136(b), July 25, 1962, 76 Stat. 197
Section, , pt. 4, § 344(a), , provided, in the case of any State without a plan for aid to the blind approved on , for approval of the plan of such a State conforming to all requirements except those relating to determination of need and consideration of resources but conditioned payments to the State meeting the excepted requirement.
