# § 1490t. Indian tribes

42 U.S.C. 2000d42 U.S.C. 3601

Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 ( et seq.) and title VIII of the Civil Rights Act of 1968 ( et seq.) shall not apply to actions by federally recognized Indian tribes (including instrumentalities of such Indian tribes) under this Act.
