# § 9834. Authorization of appropriations

There are authorized to be appropriated to carry out this subchapter (other than ) $7,350,000,000 for fiscal year 2008, $7,650,000,000 for fiscal year 2009, $7,995,000,000 for fiscal year 2010, and such sums as may be necessary for each of fiscal years 2011 and 2012.
