# § 10192. Applicability

section 10107 of this title

The provisions of this subchapter are subject to  and shall not apply to facilities that are used for the disposal of high-level radioactive waste, low-level radioactive waste, transuranic waste, or spent nuclear fuel resulting from atomic energy defense activities.
