# § 10200. Study of research and development needs for monitored retrievable storage proposal
January 7, 1983section 10161(b) of this title
Not later than 6 months after , the Secretary shall submit to the Congress a report describing the research and development activities the Secretary considers necessary to develop the proposal required in with respect to a monitored retrievable storage facility.
