# § 10826. Administration

**(a)** **In general** The Secretary shall carry out this subchapter through the Administrator of the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration.

**(b)** **Regulations** November 27, 1991

Not later than 6 months after , the Secretary shall promulgate final regulations to carry out this subchapter and subchapter III.
