# § 11505. Coordination with CDBG and UDAG programs

42 U.S.C. 5301

It is the policy of the Congress that amounts provided under the community development block grant and urban development action grant programs under title I of the Housing and Community Development Act of 1974 [ et seq.] shall not be reduced in any fiscal year in which the provisions of this chapter are in effect.
