# § 11924. Definitions

For purposes of this subchapter:

**(1)** **Controlled substance** section 802 of title 21

The term “controlled substance” has the meaning given such term in .

**(2)** **Secretary** The term “Secretary” means the Secretary of Housing and Urban Development.
