# § 13601. Compliance by owners as condition of Federal assistance

section 13641(2) of this title

The Secretary of Housing and Urban Development shall require owners of federally assisted housing (as such term is defined in ), as a condition of receiving housing assistance for such housing, to comply with the procedures and requirements established under this subchapter.
