# § 15112. Definitions

In this subchapter:

**(1)** **Developmental disability** section 15002 of this title

The term “developmental disability” has the meaning given the term in .

**1** **Institution of higher education** [^1]

The term “institution of higher education” has the meaning given the term in section 1141  of title 20.
