(b) was repealed and reenacted as , National and Commercial Space Programs, by , §§ 3, 6, , , 3444, which Act enacted Title 51. Subsec. (a), requiring Administrator’s report to Congressional committees regarding implementation of Government Accountability Office Report No. 04–639 not later than 180 days after , was omitted from the Code following the enactment of Title 51.
