# § 19184. Definitions

In this part:

**(1)** **Director** The term “Director” means the Director of the National Science Foundation.

**(2)** **HBCU** section 1061 of title 20

The term “HBCU” has the meaning given the term “part B institution” in .

**(3)** **Minority serving institution** section 1059d of title 20section 1067q of title 20
