# § 3175. Assistance to parts of economic development districts not in eligible areas

Notwithstanding , the Secretary may provide such assistance as is available under this chapter for a project in a part of an economic development district that is not in an area described in , if the project will be of a substantial direct benefit to an area described in  that is located in the district.
