# § 3507. Transfer of personnel and household goods; delegation of Secretary’s authority

The Secretary of Health and Human Services may on and after , delegate to such officers and employees as he may designate for the purpose all his authority in connection with the transfer of personnel and household goods and effects from one official station to another.
