# § 4373. Referral of Environmental Quality Reports to standing committees having jurisdiction
Public Law 91–190
Each Environmental Quality Report required by shall, upon transmittal to Congress, be referred to each standing committee having jurisdiction over any part of the subject matter of the Report.
