# § 4952. Authority to operate VISTA program

section 12651e(d)(1)(A) of this title

This part shall be administered by one of the Assistant Directors appointed pursuant to . Such Director may recruit, select, and train persons to serve in full-time volunteer programs consistent with the provisions and to carry out the purpose of this part.
