# § 8244. Authorization of appropriations

There are authorized to be appropriated to the Secretary through fiscal year ending , to carry out the purposes of this part not to exceed $100,000,000. Funds so appropriated may be transferred by the Secretary to any Federal agency to the extent necessary to carry out the purposes of .
