# § 373a. Commissioner of Reclamation; appointment
June 17, 1902
Under the supervision and direction of the Secretary of the Interior, the reclamation of arid lands, under the Act of , and Acts amendatory thereof and supplementary thereto, shall be administered by a Commissioner of Reclamation who shall be appointed by the President by and with the advice and consent of the Senate.
