# § 1474e. Sums received by the Bureau of Land Management for the sale of seeds

section 3302(b) of title 31December 8, 2004

Notwithstanding , sums received by the Bureau of Land Management for the sale of seeds or seedlings, may on and after , be credited to the appropriation from which funds were expended to acquire or grow the seeds or seedlings and are available without fiscal year limitation.
