# § 2431. Report

Not later than 1 year after the date on which the eligibility criteria are published in the Federal Register under , and every 2 years thereafter, the Secretary shall submit to the Committee on Energy and Natural Resources of the Senate and the Committee on Resources of the House of Representatives a report that describes the implementation of the loan guarantee program under .
