# § 669. Repealed. Pub. L. 97–375, title I, § 111(e), Dec. 21, 1982, 96 Stat. 1821
Section, , , ; , , , directed the Secretary to make a report to the President and Congress on financial condition of each railroad except Central Railroad Company of New Jersey and Penn Central Transportation Company, having a loan guaranteed under this chapter ninety days after the making of such guarantee and annually thereafter throughout existence of such loan.
