# § 915. Bonds as public debt

March 2, 1917

Such bonds shall not be a debt of Puerto Rico or any municipality, and shall not constitute a public indebtedness within the meaning of section 3 of the Act of Congress approved , entitled “An Act to provide a civil government for Porto Rico, and for other purposes”, as amended.
