# § 26104. Authorization of appropriations

**(a)** **Fiscal Years 2006 Through 2013.—** There are authorized to be appropriated to the Secretary—

for each of the fiscal years 2006 through 2013.

**(1)** $30,000,000 for carrying out section 26101; and

**(2)** $30,000,000 for carrying out section 26102,

**(b)** **Funds To Remain Available.—** Funds made available under this section shall remain available until expended.
