# § 4328. “Member of the former ruling family” defined

April 6, 1917July 2, 1921

As used in this chapter, the term “member of the former ruling family” means (1) any person who was at any time between , and , the German Emperor or the ruler of any constituent kingdom of the German Empire, or (2) the wife or any child of such person.
