# 330.709 Establishing ICTAP selection priority.ICTAP selection priority for a specific vacancy begins when:(a) The ICTAP eligible submits all required application materials, including proof of eligibility, within agency-established timeframes; and(b) The agency determines the eligible is well-qualified for the vacancy.
