# 534.204 Previous authorizations.The provisions of this subpart do not terminate any authorization approved by the Civil Service Commission or the Office of Personnel Management before February 15, 1979, and such authorizations remain in effect until modified or terminated by an agency or the Office of Personnel Management in accordance with the provisions of this subpart.
