# 917.4 Fruit.

Fruit means the edible product of the following kinds of trees:

(a) All varieties of pears except Beurre Hardy, Beurre D'Anjou, Bosc, Winter Nelis, Doyenne du Comice, Beurre Easter, and Beurre Clairgeau.
