# 200.205 Effect upon existing Commission organization, delegations, and rules.Except as otherwise provided herein, all outstanding Commission organizational statements, delegations of authority, orders, rules and regulations shall remain in force and effect during emergency conditions, subject to all lawful requirements and such changes as may be authorized by or in the name of the Chairman or the Commission.[28 FR 6970, July 9, 1963, as amended at 71 FR 33387, June 9, 2006]
