# § 1241. Joint Board for the Enrollment of Actuaries

September 2, 1974

The Secretary of Labor and the Secretary of the Treasury shall, not later than the last day of the first calendar month beginning after , establish a Joint Board for the Enrollment of Actuaries (hereinafter in this part referred to as the “Joint Board”).
